What is the payment method?
Atterley accepts Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, American Express, Visa Electron, Delta, Discover, Alipay, Amazon Pay, Bancontact, Cartes Bancaires, Giropay, i-Deal, PayPal, SEPA, SOFORT, Union Pay, and WeChat Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
If you decide you wish to cancel your order within one hour of submitting the order please forward your order confirmation email and they will do their best. This is not always possible and they will update you accordingly.
Can I add an item to my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been submitted they are unable to add to it. If you would like to add an item, you will need to place a new order. If you contact the support team within 1 hour of placing the original order, they will endeavour to refund your shipping costs on the additional order and have both orders sent out together.
I have received a damaged item. What should I do?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product you can return it to them for a refund. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
As soon as you notice the fault, please contact them by emailing and informing them of your original order number and the nature of the fault. A member of their customer service team will be in touch to discuss the next steps. Where possible they will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or organise a return collection and issue a full refund for the defective item.
What is the refunds policy?
Once the products have been returned, they will be inspected, including any original packaging and labels, to ensure they comply with their returns policy. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account.
