What is the payment method?
flydubai have multiple payment options. You can choose to pay online, through their Customer Centre, or their payment partners. You can pay for your booking by using a debit or credit card, cash, flydubai vouchers, Apple Pay, UATP, or through Knet.
What happens if I miss my flight?
If you’ve purchased a ‘Lite’ or ‘Value’ fare in Economy Class and you don’t make your flight (‘no show’), you’ll no longer be able to obtain a refund.
If you’ve purchased a ‘Flex’ or ‘Business’ fare, you can rebook your flight within 96 hours of your original flight departure time. In such a case, you will be charged any difference in the fare. Please note, if you are unable to rebook your flight within the specified time, your booking will be void and you will not be entitled to any refund.

What terminals do flydubai flights operate from out of Dubai?
flydubai operates flights from Terminal 2 with select flights from Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). The airport name and terminal number is clearly mentioned in your booking confirmation.
What happens if I cancel the transaction?
Your credit card will not be charged. You will be taken back to the payment options page and you can choose to pay with an alternate credit card or through one of our payment partners.
Does flydubai issue tickets?
They’ll issue you with an electronic booking confirmation once your booking has been paid for.
Can I get a refund on my fare?
Unless applicable laws provide otherwise, they don’t offer cash refunds because of processing costs, but if you decide to cancel your flight, they will issue a voucher to use for future travel with flydubai.
