GAZMAN accepts Mastercard, VISA, AmericanExpress, PayPal, Afterpay, and UnionPay.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order is dispatched for delivery you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number. You will find the tracking number on this email.
If you did not receive this email or cannot find it in your inbox, contact their Customer Support team and they will do their best to assist you.
Are the prices on your website the same as in-store?
GAZMAN endeavour to have the same pricing on the website as their stores, however, there may be some instances where an online-only offer is available on the website but not in-store, just as stores have their own shopping nights and events.
What do I do if one of the items I have received is faulty?
GAZMAN takes pride in offering their customers quality garments and it’s important for them to use learnings from faulty items to continually improve their product offering.
If you have received a faulty item, please visit one any of their GAZMAN retail stores with the faulty item and their team will be able to assist you. If you are unable to visit one of their stores please email with details of your order and they will endeavour to assist you with your concerns and will do their utmost to ensure that they replace or repair your item.
How do I return or exchange an online order?
GAZMAN wants you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied you can return your item(s) within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or refund by following the instructions below:
Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the original tags still attached. For health reasons, there are no exchanges on underwear unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
I have a promo code, how do I use it?
If you have a valid online promo code, enter the code into the ‘Promo Code’ field at your shopping bag and click ‘APPLY’. The discount will then be applied to the valid items in your shopping bag.
Please make sure you enter the code in capital letters and check that it has applied before you proceed to checkout.
