How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please give them a call at (833)458-7822 or email email@example.com as soon as possible. However, if your order is already in transit, you must send the product back to receive a refund. Please keep in mind that our offices close early on Friday and reopen on Monday.
What do I do if my purchase is damaged?
Please keep in mind that all damages or defective products must be brought to their attention within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of the damaged product.
A representative will respond within 24hr Monday-Thursday, all emails sent Friday-Sunday will be replied to on Monday.
What is the return policy?
They accept returns only on unopened items within 15 days of purchase. Please email email@example.com with your order number. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items.
What is the refund policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
