What is the payment method?
Monoprice accepts Visa, Discover, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal.
Will my order ship the same day?
Orders should ship the same day for most in-stock items, as long as the order is placed by 2:00 PM PST. Once your order begins its journey to you, the tracking information is generated and you will be notified via E-mail.
What do I need to do if my order/item(s) are missing?
* If the order was shipped in multiple packages, please make sure all packages have been delivered.
* Keep all original packaging.
* Contact Them within 7 days from the delivery date.
What is the return policy?
If you’re not happy with your Monoprice purchase for any reason, you can return it to Monoprice for a replacement or refund within the timetable below. The time period starts from the day of delivery, they suggest opening your items when you receive them to ensure they are in working condition, in case a return is needed due to a defective/damaged product.
What if items damage delivery?
If your item(s) arrives damaged, please reach out to Monoprice’s Customer Service Team within two days of your order being delivered. All cases of damaged items are subject to review. Photos may be required to move forward in processing a Return Merchandise Authorization. They suggest opening your items immediately, when you receive them to ensure they are in working condition, in case a return is needed due to a defective/damaged product.
How will I be refunded for my return?
Your refund will go back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Monoprice error the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Additionally, Monoprice may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.
All orders are collected in US dollars. Monoprice is not responsible for any difference in the currency exchange rate.
