What is the payment method?
Motoquipe accepts Mastercard, VISA, PayPal, Afterpay, Direct Deposit, and Zip.
I’ve just received the tracking info, but Australia Post/Toll says the tracking number is invalid.
Please allow about 24 hours before tracking information reaches the Australia Post/Toll website.
It has been 7 working days since I placed my order, why hasn’t my item been dispatched?
In most cases, they ship within 1 or 2 days of receiving a paid order. Some car specific items such as tailor-made floor mats, custom made seat covers, dash mats, window sox or weather shields are usually made to order so you will need to allow 7-10 days before they can dispatch your item. An email would have been sent to you within 24 hours advising the delay.
Can I return custom made seat covers?
Custom made cannot be returned for a refund as they have been made specifically for your particular vehicle in the colour that you have chosen. They would be glad to have them amended or adjusted to fit exactly to your seats if there is a fitting issue. Only pre-made sets can be returned.
Does shipping cover warranty?
Regular orders do not have insurance unless you opt this at the checkout page. This is ideal for ordering protective plastics, such as weather shields or headlight protectors for their safety during shipping.
I have received an item I didn’t order?
If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact their Customer Service team who will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Free return freight may be applicable. Unauthorised usage of free returns portal will be charged to the customer.
I have ordered a wrong item. What do I do?
Please contact them to organise a return.
Goods must be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Goods must be unused, with original packaging and tags, in a new saleable condition.
Goods will be inspected upon arrival.
Return freight is payable by the customer.
