QBD Books send parcels through Australia Post via eParcel and qualifying orders through Couriers Please. Once an item has been dispatched, it has left their hands and is in the care of the Courier company for delivery. You will receive a dispatch email from QBD Books when your parcel has left them, once it is scanned through the couriers shipping facility they will send you an email with tracking information!
