Reebok accepts Mastercard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay.
How long after I receive my shipment confirmation email will I be able to track my order?
Please note that until the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, you will be unable to track your order via the online tracker. Your shipment confirmation email should include a link to track your order online. There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however, the carrier usually updates their information within one business day. Tracking information should be available as soon as you receive this email.
Can I change my delivery address or change/cancel my order if it hasn’t been shipped yet?
Once your order has been placed, it immediately starts going through our ordering process. Therefore, we, unfortunately, cannot cancel or change your order even if it has not been shipped yet. Once you receive your order, you may return any products you don’t want by following our Return Policy.
Your delivery address may be changed, however, it depends on the time passed by after you have placed the order at their online store. Once you have received your shipping confirmation email please visit the Australia Post MyPost website to update your address (contact details here). Please note that a change is normally only possible if your order is not out for delivery. A change of address can delay the delivery by 1-2 working days.
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, Reebok does not exchange products, but you can always refuse delivery or return unwanted items for a refund, and then place a new order. If you need help re-purchasing, please contact their customer service team here.
Refunds for change of mind returns are subject to the conditions of our Return Policy and are not available for personalised and customised items.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days. Their quality assurance team inspects all returned products to confirm whether they meet the requirements of our Return Policy. After that, it takes 1-2 days to make the refund to your payment account. Some banks and credit card providers may take a bit longer to apply the credit to your account.
If you change your mind or make a wrong selection or are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund under their change of mind returns policy. Simply follow the steps explained in this section.
Their change of mind returns policy applies in addition to and does not affect, your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
