What is the payment method?
Rivers accepts Mastercard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay.
How do I order online?
Ordering from the Rivers website is simple. Just click on the item you want to buy, select the size and colour you’re after, and click “Add to My Bag”.
You can continue adding items to your bag and when done, click on “My Bag” in the top right-hand corner to checkout.
You will need your credit card details, Afterpay, Zippay or a PayPal account to finalise your order, or any gift card / promotional codes that might be relevant, as well as your delivery address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change your order whilst you are still browsing by simply clicking on ‘remove’ in “My Bag”.
However, once your order has been confirmed, you won’t be able to cancel or change it. If this happens, the order will be sent to you and once received, you’ll be able to return it.
Please note: this does not apply to Final Sale items. All Final Sale items are non-refundable for change of mind, instore or online purchases.

What is your returns and exchange policy?
The products are to be returned within 30 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.
Products need to be returned in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.
Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
Socks, underwear and swimwear will not be accepted for return or exchange unless assessed as faulty.
If one product is returned that was part of a deal such as ‘2 for 1’ or ‘Spend & Save’, the product will be refunded at the discounted price or as the percentage price as calculated by Rivers which was paid and not the original full price. Rivers reserve the right to assess the condition and age of all returned products. This may result in the products not being accepted for return, repair, refund, credit note or exchange.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Australian orders should be delivered within 10-14 business days during COVID-19.
Please note: If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the next business day, after which your tracking will be enabled.
On rare occasions, the customs agency may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure.
