What is the return policy?
They know returning an item can be disappointing, so They’ve made the process as easy as possible.
Orders can be returned for store credit, within 30 days of receiving your order. They will only accept the returned item(s) that have been booked using their returns portal.
Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unstained. Footwear needs to be in its original box and wedding gowns must have their QC ribbon attached and be in the original packaging.
You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage (if you already have store credit in your account, you can use that).
What can’t I return?
Cosmetics/beauty, hair accessories, hosiery, hats, lingerie, earrings, swimwear without the hygiene seal, and adult toys. Items marked as ‘final sale’ can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty
How can I cancel my order?
If you’ve only just placed your order, and it hasn’t shipped out yet, we may be able to cancel it.
Once your order has been placed, they need to know asap so they can try and help with your order.
If your order has already shipped out, They’re unable to cancel it. You can always return your items back to them once they’ve arrived if you no longer want them. Just head to their returns portal for more info and to book your return.
How do I know if you’re getting an item back in stock?
New styles and popular items are restocked regularly.
If an item is marked as “BRB”, it might take 3-4 weeks to be back online.
Pop your email and size you want in the ‘Notify Me’ tab (click on the little alarm clock) and you’ll be one of the first to know when it’s back online.
