What is the payment method?
SPORTSCRAFT accepts Mastercard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours before the tracking number is activated and assigned to your order. You can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.
You will then receive email notifications directly from the carrier updating you on the progress of your order.
I have received something different from my original order. What do I do?
SPORTSCRAFT is so sorry to hear that you received something you didn’t order! Please contact their Customer Care Team so they can investigate the issue and fast-track the process for you.
What is SPORTSCRAFT‘s refund policy?
If you want to change your mind, they are happy to offer a refund from their Online Store on all products within 21 days of receiving your order, in line with their Returns Policy.
All items sold online are eligible for refund providing they meet the returns requirements, including sale items. Exchanges are only available in one of their freestanding stores (excludes David Jones and Ballantynes.)
For a change of mind returns items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached.
Do you ship internationally?
New Zealand customers they are still shipping to you.
International shipping to other destinations is temporarily unavailable due to Covid-19.
Can I try on my order upon collection? What if I change my mind?
All orders can be tried on in-store upon collection. If you decide it is not suitable, you can request a refund or exchange in-store.
