What is the payment method?
Storenvy accepts all the major of Debit/Credit Cards and PayPal.
How long will my order take to arrive?
They ask that all store owners ship your order within 7 days, but they encourage store owners to ship within 1-2 days. That being said please be aware of stores that are selling pre-orders or shipping from a different country as that can greatly influence how long it takes to receive your order. Be sure to check each stores FAQ page for expectations on turnaround times.
Once shipped, most domestic orders take 2-10 business days to arrive, and up to a month or more for international orders. Individual stores might provide more information on their FAQ page, so check there for more information.
I got sent the wrong item, now what?
First, double-check your receipt to make absolutely sure you ordered what you thought you were ordering.
If it really was the store’s mistake, contact them to let them know and to ask what they will do to fix it.
If you can’t get hold of them, feel free to let them know and we’ll try to contact them for you. You might also want to file a PayPal dispute if you paid on PayPal, or a credit card dispute if you paid with a credit card.
How do I change the order of my products?
The order your products appear in your storefront is the same as the order they are displayed in your Admin Panel. If you go to the “Products” tab you can reorder them by clicking and dragging on the icon to the left of the Product Name.
Any new products you add will automatically be placed at the bottom of the list.
You can also change the order products to appear within each collection. To do this, go to the “Products” tab and then click “Manage Collections”. Click into the collection you want to edit and then click and drag on the product images at the bottom to move them around.
Can I exchange or get a refund if my order isn’t right?
If the store has sent you the wrong product or a defective product, they are obliged to provide you with a refund.
Since all products come directly from a Storenvy store owner, return policies are different for each store. If your order doesn’t fit or turns out to be not what you wanted, after all, you will need to check the individual store’s FAQ page to see what their returns policy is. If the store has not listed a returns policy, you will need to contact them to ask what it is.
If you need to organize a return, refund or exchange, you will need to contact the store directly to sort that out.
